A standard four-bed home usually runs 6–9 months from slab to handover, depending on size, weather and site conditions. Bigger acreage builds run longer. You'll get a realistic timeline in your quote.

Yep — a big chunk of our work is out on acreage blocks across Moreton Bay and Sunshine Coast hinterland. We handle site access, engineering and services from the get-go.

Each of our pre-existing home plans can be customised to match your lifestyle needs, so you enjoy many rewarding years in your new home. Alternatively, our in-house design team can draft new plans for your dream home based on your specific requirements. Put forward your ideas and let us draft a floor plan that brings them to life. You'll deal directly with Craig and Ang throughout the building process, with regular communication and personalised one-on-one support including guidance on selecting your colour scheme, cabinetry, tapware, flooring and other finishing elements.
